How to Donate

Instructions on how to donate are listed on the right. Below is a copy of the donation slip I sent out with my support letters.

How to print/write a donation slip

Option 1: Right click on the form below. Click "Print Picture". Select your printer on the window that comes up, then click the print button.

Include it with your donation and mail them to:

OR 

Option 2: You can write a note saying the check is for my mission trips, and write the amount you are donating, your name, address, and phone #. Include it with your donation and mail them to:
